Privacy Policy
How Emory Financial collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated July 27, 2026.
The short version. We collect what we need to answer your question and, if you apply, to qualify you for a loan. We share it with lenders and service providers who help complete your transaction. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't hand it to unrelated retailers or marketing companies. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
This Privacy Policy describes how Financial Dynamics, Inc., doing business as Emory Financial ("Emory Financial," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with this website and our mortgage brokerage services.
Information we collect
You may choose to provide information about yourself so that we can respond to you or evaluate you for a loan product. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Name, phone number and email address
- Property address and the type of transaction you're considering
- Financial information you provide during an application — income, employment, assets, debts and credit history
- Anything else you choose to tell us by phone, email, letter or through a form on this site
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages visited and general device information, to understand how the site is used and to keep it working properly.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you
- Evaluate your eligibility for loan products and submit your application to lenders on your behalf
- Comply with federal and state lending, recordkeeping and anti-fraud requirements
- Send you information about our services, including our email newsletter if you subscribe
- Improve our website and services
How we share your information
To arrange a mortgage, we necessarily share your information with third parties involved in the transaction. These include:
- Wholesale lenders we submit your application to
- Credit bureaus, for authorized credit reports
- Settlement service providers — appraisers, title companies, escrow companies and insurers
- Service providers who support our business, such as document storage, email and website hosting, under confidentiality obligations
- Government agencies and regulators, where required by law
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing purposes.
Your choices and rights
Marketing communications
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop communications about a loan you have in progress.
Telephone contact
When you submit an inquiry through this site, you're asking us to contact you about it, and you consent to us doing so by phone, text or email at the number and address you provide. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us to stop, and we will.
California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Note that much of the information we handle in connection with a mortgage application is governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act rather than the CCPA, and certain records must be retained under lending and anti-money-laundering rules even if you request deletion.

Federal financial privacy opt-out
Federal law gives you the right to limit certain sharing of information about your creditworthiness with affiliates, and to limit affiliates from using that information to market to you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information by ordinary email or through the forms on this site. When we need those documents, we'll provide a secure method for you to send them.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to understand aggregate usage. Most browsers let you refuse cookies; some site features may not work correctly if you do.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
